EEMS 2027 cordially invites proposals for special sessions that fall within the technical scope of the conference. Special sessions are designed to enrich the main program by offering a focused forum for presenting cutting-edge research from both academia and industry, with particular emphasis on novel, challenging, and emerging topics that stimulate scholarly exchange and collaborative exploration.

Full Paper Submission Deadline: January 10, 2027
Notification of Review Results for Special Session Papers: February 10, 2027

Proposals should be submitted by the prospective organizer(s), who will serve as the Chair(s) or Co-Chair(s) of the proposed session. Organizers are expected to actively promote the session and oversee the entire peer-review process for all submitted manuscripts. All accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion in Conference Proceedings and indexed by major abstracting and citation databases.

A dedicated Proposal Template is available for download. Please note that all papers submitted to special sessions will undergo the same rigorous peer-review process as those in regular sessions.
